Hunt & Associates, founded in 1968 by William H."Bill" Hunt, performs appraisals throughout Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.We perform both residential and commercial appraisals. Residential appraisals include the 1004 form-Summary Appraisal Report,2055 form(exterior- only) residential report, FHA, Relocation appraisal and land appraisals. Narrative (commercial) appraisals include Limited Restricted Appraisal Reports, Summary Appraisal Reports.
